Today, diosmin powder is widely derived from another flavonoid called hesperidin, which is also found in citrus fruits — especially orange rinds. Diosmin is often combined with micronized purified flavonoid fraction (MPFF), a group of flavonoids that includes disomentin, hesperidin, linarin, and isorhoifolin.
